Four turtle slow miles since I can’t convince my legs to go any faster even though I am doing speed work every week. Came home and did Pilate’s fix from the 21 day workout series. Put my spinning wheel together yesterday night and can’t wait to practice on it tonight!

Woke up late so switched to at home workouts. Scale is yo-yoing again and I’m getting frustrated about it. Wish weight loss journeys didn’t have to be so difficult!
10k speed training today along with upper fix. Scale hasnt moved but it hasn’t gone up either ! Sunday is Color me rad and Monday is my birthday. Still need to put together my spinning wheel today. Itching to get started and learn a new part of knitting.
10k training down on the treadmill this morning. Spend my rest day yesterday hanging with the llamas and sheep at the Southern Andirondack Sheep and Wool festival. Bought my very first spinning wheel and I’m excited to learn how to spin my own yarn!

10k training week 1 done! Decided to add in zumba world party for the Wii as a workout too! Ate over my net calories yesterday and the weight was down this morning. Guess my body needs more fuel! Also noticed that I have a booty when dancing now when I didn’t before. Crazy! My abs are sore from yesterday’s upper fix and fitness blenders 10 min abs.

Legs were sore this morning so upper body and abs it is! Did the upper fix, fitness blenders 10 min abs and bikini arms and yoga fix. Weights back up again but I think its because my net calories yesterday and most of this week are way too low. Myfitnesspal can be so confusing sometimes!

These 6 miles were rough but I never stopped running even if it was molasses slow. Legs are tired so yoga fix followed by foam rolling and compression socks! Weights back up to 206.8 and I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I don’t know whether to eat more calories or less and there is so much conflicting information out there that its pretty frustrating! I weigh myself everyday so I don’t know if I’m just weighing myself too early or too often.
Elliptical and bike at the gym than after work home for piyo sweat and just dance 2014. Ate almost all my calories yesterday and I’m down a pound today. What gives? Will try again to see if not eating enough is the issue. If not I’ll have to try something else. Still need to lose -5.6 until I’m into #onderland
Anyone else annoyed by their families forcing them to eat at unhealthy places and then getting mad at them for not getting anything? Yeah that’s what I’m dealing with right now and it sucks. I’m the bad guy because I want to be healthy and stick with my plan. Give me a break.
