Busy day of driving other people who don’t feel the need to learn how to drive around since my mom volunteered me. Sucks!!! Thinking my net calories need to be at least 1400 to lose anything. Trying this out for a couple of days. Gotta figure out how to get out of this awful weight loss slump.
Working out 2 times a day, eating over my calories, eating under my calories, eating more fats. Nothing is working to break this weight and I am so frustrated I could cry. What am I doing wrong? Stupid scale was up .2 of a pound this morning. Stuck at 208.
Did 4 mini workouts this morning. Still discouraged but lost .2 of a pounds bringing me to -100 pds in 13 months.
I don’t normally take 2 rest days off so close to each other but I think I pushed a little too hard at the end of the race yesterday and now my body’s not having it!. Yoga must be done and icing of the knees with more foam rolling. Hoping for speed work tomorrow with lifting and turbo fire maybe. I feel old right now.
Altamont 5k done! Love my flex it pink running shirt and the fact it disguises my stomach! My pace was 12:03 so I’m getting faster. Guess the speed work is helping! My mom, aunt, little cousins, step dad and my husband all came to cheer me on! It was a nice morning in upstate new York even though most of the trees havent changed yet😖. Weight is finally down to the lowest so I’m really hoping for a loss soon since I’ve increased my fats and im eating 1900-2000 a day. Hoping to be under or at 200 by my birthday, October 6th.
My alfalfa grew so nicely! Already crunched away half in a sandwich and have another batch soaking! I’m such a proud mommy right now lol. I don’t know why more people don’t love these as much as I do!!!

Rest day as my 5k is tomorrow morning! Got my C4 in the mail along with compression socks to help with my ankle and legs after. Weight has lowered again but I’m still .2 over my lowest from 11 days ago. I so want to be under 200 right now. 8 pounds is standing in the way being a pain in the butt. Eating around 1900-2000 calories seems to be working but I need to work on lowering carbs and increasing fats. Looking up keto recipes to help with that. Wish I knew more about it.
Decided to keep it low impact at home so my lower shin/ankle can heal up for Saturdays 5k. Never sweated as much as I did today with piyo sweat! Scale went down a little but not down to my usual weight. Frustrated! I really need a personal trainer and a meal plan. Cant figure out what I am doing wrong and this weight thing is making me grumpy.
