5k done. Beat my PR by 2 minutes! The pooh bear costume was a hit! My friend Christine from Instagram was there and even though we didn’t run together ( she is way faster than me) it made it more enjoyable. Down to an even 202 this morning so 3 pounds to go! Bought the sparkle skirt from sparkle athletic and got an xl and it is too big. Lucky for me and the run its elastic and can stay on. Hoping to be in wonderland very soon!

Rest day and I decided to post a preview of my costume for tomorrow’s running scccared 5k. Waiting for my skirt to arrive in the mail but if not than black running pants it is. Down .4 of a pound putting me at 202.4. Getting closer to onderland. I guess my body likes to use all the allotted calories. I am officially out of the obese 1 category and into overweight!

Training said run 4 miles but resting my knee for Saturdays 5k. Instead did a 3 mile power walk and played zumba world party for the Wii. Scales down .2 so my weights at 202.8. Wish I knew how people lose 5 pounds in a week so easy?

Taking off from running until Saturday when the Halloween costume 5k is. Can’t wait to wear my costume although my sparkly skirt for it is still in the mail. Stressful! Hit the gym than did arm workouts at home. Scale is the same as yesterday so no good news on that front. Husbands car has to go to the shop until next week so we are down to just my car which I hate.

Hardest 3.65 miles outside ever. Knee pain, calves too tight, and legs didn’t want to speed up. Felt like crying and giving up . came home after work and did 2.12 miles on the treadmill which was much nicer! Scales only down .2 this morning which is a big disappointment! 3.4 pounds away from onderland and my body wants to be fricken difficult!

Wanted to run 4 miles but only got in 2.35. Still my pace was pretty good. Going to try to get some longer runs in and get used to the cold. It was 30° outside this morning so layers it was. 3 dri fit tops, and knee highs with gloves and earband  helped alot ! Came home and did turbo fire 45 which is so fun and burns up those calories! Can’t wait for the walking dead primere tonight!!!

Was supposed to run 4 miles for my training but cramps and the drop in temperature said no. Instead popped in the 4 mile walk dvd I have and upper fix. Hoping to get more rest so that tomorrow morning will be my 4-5 mile run. Going to have to bundle up!!! Weights down but not to my lowest yet. Eating all my calories so I guess my body needs more to loose weight! I really have to start meal prepping. I ate special k for dinner yesterday so yeah in dire need of help!

Slow as ever but got my 10k training in today. It was far from easy as lady issues are trying their hardest to keep me from moving! Scales only down .2 and that makes me feel crappy.might try out the 21 day fix eating since I already have the containers. Its going to be rough giving up my low cal processed snacks. Might do a modified version of the eating since I can’t afford to just throw out all my food. Next shopping trip will be different. Still overtired.
