Workout 2- mall walk complete. While Chris browsed the DVDs ( which he could do for hours) I did a nice paced walk a couple of times around the mall ( besides me stopping for a chocolate peanut butter quest bar because they are awesomeness!). Feeling fat now because my mom took us to a local brewery to eat and I had 4 sips of Guinness, 10 cheese fries and an Italian bread stick with butter. I ordered a house salad since everything else is too fricken hard to add up calories! Thinking about not counting so much after I get below 200 but terrified I will gain all my weight back! Wish I had a support system for this journey close by but tumblr helps a lot!
Early workout with the babes. Back to jogging on the treadmill finally. Hoping to get in a speed walk at the mall while Chris browses the stores. Scale is bouncing around again but hopefully will drop within a week or so. Want to be in onderland by October which will be my 28th birthday!
Sunday morning burn done. Hubby bought me a book on my wish list so its the first step towards my first half marathon and eventually my first full. I’m terrified I won’t be able to do it but I have time since I haven’t signed up for it yet. I’m scared I’m going to suck on this 10k in September. Must get back to running at least 4 times a week. I’ve lost my confidence and become obsessed with how fast other peoples paces are that I forget to just relax and run for me.
4:30 am workout done. Total body hip hop abs, 3 mile walk it off dvd, and dumbbell exercises at home. My calves are sore from yesterday and today! Foam rolling and stretching will commence later! Down 1.2pounds today! 209.8! 2 more pounds until I hit 100 lost total! Caught up on some sleep yesterday and hoping to nap until noon today so that maybe helping also. Not zombie tired as usual. Oh yeah I so wish I was at comic con right now!!!

Made these extra yummy zucchini pizza bites from skinnytaste.com and so so good. I had already eaten two and wanted to catch a picture of the remaining two. Found another low cal alternative for filling and pizza ! Woot!
Outdoor jog. Still slow. Used both watches to get an accurate calorie burn reading. Wish I had a 9 minute pace. Did hip hop abs just because its fun and Shaun t cracks me up the whole time. Going to try my hand at this food prep thingy. I do not like cooking at all! Lost .6 pounds last night so headed in the right direction!

Scale finally moved this morning so I’m at 211.6 now. 3.5ish pounds until I hit 100 total! I can’t wait to be under 200 for the first time since 9th grade and even more so when I can fit into mediums! Active rest day today so one mile walk with relaxing yoga today.
Stupid scale is back up again today. I can’t understand what I am doing wrong. I follow the allotted calories on myfitnesspal, workout and burn at least 500 calories a day and I’ve upped my water intake! I’m at a loss. I feel like all this work is for nothing! Haven’t had more than 3 hours of sleep a night in awhile either.
That t-25 speed 2.0 killed my quads. Foam rolled, iced my knees and ankle and now waiting for Chris to get here after work to go back to the gym. Ugh hoping my body holds up for some more cardio and ab work( not that I have abs cuz I don’t!). Trying to go hard until Thursday which is my rest day! Body don’t fail me now! Wish this stupid scale would move!!!!
