Woke up with a nice head cold which changed my plans of doing a 10k early this morning to doing a 4mile walk at home and just dance 2. Tried out my new resistance bands I bought and can’t wait to use them more. Scales up 2.4 pounds and I am not pleased. Its making me grumpy. This cold isn’t helping either!

After my beautiful cheat pizza yesterday , its back to the grind. Speed intervals on the treadmill while catching up on Supernatural episodes made it a little nicer. Than decided to get my butt kicked and did turbo fire 45. Love it! Weights up but that’s to be expected from yesterday.

Size 14 jeans. Little tight but they zipped and buttoned up! Can’t remember being a 14 since before middle school! Crazy. Rest day along with my cheat pizza hut cheese pizza tonight! Yummy. Only my second cheat meal in the whole 14 months since I started my weight loss journey. Speed work and a couple of miles catching up on Netflix tomorrow morning!

Wanted to run 6 miles this morning only did 4.17! My knees and my lack of sleep are catching up. Decided after work to come home and kick my own butt with piyo sweat. Getting better every time I do this! Rest day tomorrow and my cheat meal of a medium pizza too!,only the second cheat meal I’ve had in 14 months so I’m feeling pretty good about it. Need to get serious about my 10k training. Need running buddies!

Hit the gym for cardio and weights and decided on something fun for my at home workout, just dance 3 for the Wii. Down to 203.6 this morning so getting there! Want to be under 200 so badly! Haven’t been since 8th grade.

Pilate’s and yoga fix done! Down a pound so I’m at 204.6! Getting closer to under 200!! This girl might be getting her first treadmill today! Excited! My neighborhood isn’t safe enough to run around so this will help in the winter and when I want to run in the evening.
Best 5k time yet! Felt great to run after 6 days off. Doing a lower key work out tomorrow and than Monday back to my regular workout schedule. Sorry for the pictures my regular photographer decided to sleep in.

Woke up to cramps and pain. Want to eat everything on the house along with sleep all day. Convinced myself to get on the bike since I’m still giving my shin time to heal before Saturdays komen run for the cure. Still bloated.
