Little blurry but slowly increasing my workout depending on how my knee is feeling. Loving the polar watch. Makes me realize maybe I havent been burning as much as I thought. We will see when I do 20 minutes on the treadmill and 20 ish on the elliptical. Hoping my knee holds up im trying to rest it as much as I can all day. Weighed in at 233.6. Down -.2. Wish it was more!
I just got my first polar heart rate monitor in the mail. I’ve been using a fitbit flex but for me I would prefer to know what im burning during a workout than overall. The other picture is my small GNC haul that my sweetie bought for me today. I can’t wait to try the C4 in the morning since I usually feel like death getting up. I love love love quest bars especially the new cookies and creme and chocolate chip cookie dough. So tasty.

- jogged at my slowest (3.5) for 15 minutes / 10 minutes arc trainer, arms and chest. My knee is on the mend !!!
I’ve been feeling pretty down about not being able to run this week so my knee can heal. I took the picture on the right this morning and I can actually see progress. -74 pounds since July 2013 and I’m not going to stop until I hit my goal and more.
Weighed in at 234 this morning. Was thinking with my messed up knee and the fact that I had to take a couple days off rest it would really mess up my progress. Although the whole time I did keep lifting arms , back and abs with any weight machine that didn’t involve my knee. Yesterday I was able to do 10 minutes on the arc trainer without any pain. This morning I put on an athletic knee brace and did 20 minutes of modified zumba at home. Hoping to try jogging 10 minutes at 3.5 on monday to start. Absolutely hate knee injuries.
Bad news. I have a horrible case of runners knee. Which I can’t even walk up the stairs without pain. I’ve been icing it hoping it will help. Apparently I have to take a few days to a week from doing anything. Of course I had to go to the gym this morning and at least do cardio on the elliptical and arc trainer. No pain with those. All the weights I did were arms and they are weak!!!! Maybe I should just rest and do yoga for the rest of the week. I’m scared I won’t be able to run if I take a few days off. I feel my weight loss will be over if I take a few days rest. Maybe I’m just paranoid. Weight is back up .6 of a pounds which puts me in a bad mood.
Have officially lost 70 (71) pounds as of today since I started end of July! Weighed in at 236.6! Can’t wait until im officially out of the 200’s but my next goal will be 229. 18’s still dont fit but im not trying to fret about it. Jogged , mind you slowly, at 4.1 for 6 minutes at the end of my normal 30 minute jog. Im amazed I did it. Might need to ice my knees for a little bit later , but it was worth it!
Same weight. Pushed myself to jog 30 full minutes at 3.9, which is amazing! End of this week will be water weight time so not looking forward to it. Have not been on my a-game with water intake and this cold is still hanging on. Did my gym time this morning, headed to work than hopefully a nap. This afternoon taking my honey to see the Lego movie since I loved it and he hasn’t seen it. Puppy is at the sitters for the day so its nice to not be trapped in the house and taking care of something else 24/7.
Trying my hand at overnight oats. Hoping they turn out good . Can currently jog at 3.9 for 25 minutes , can leg press 125 and increased the chest press to 60 today! This week coming up I will try to increase my jog by 2 minutes. I know, baby steps . Currently battling a small cold and I not looking forward to being bloated and not losing anything at the end of next week. I hate not seeing progress.

Bad thing about today- caught a cold my mom has. An annoying head cold.
Going to try to do my jog and workout tomorrow and see how it works out. At least the snow today was only an inch as opposed to the last 11” we got last week.
Weighed in at 240.6. Anything under now is lighter than I have been since 2006! Jogged for 3 extra minutes today which I’m happy with. Almost at 2.15 miles which means 5 k isn’t that far behind. I’ll work on speed after I’m able to run for at least 40 minutes. I’m now leg pressing 130 which makes me happy. Still at a size 20 which is extremely irritating to me. Seems like I loose weight but not pants sizes. I don’t know how that works but it’s confusing.
